Really. You use a free WordPress template to save some time, and they make you create all these pages that you don't want to create.
Either that, or you have to actually hunt down the code to change the links, and I'M' just not that motivated yet.
If you want to access the archives, they're in the right-hand table.

Pseudoclassicism
Pseudoclassicism. Pretending to hold high regard for old art? As dumb as it sounds, we all know at least one person who does this.
…close, but not quite. Pseudoclassicism is emulating classical art and literature in modern works.

Bogyism
We have two quotes I like to explain bogyism:
I could not find the meaning of bogyism for the life of me. But when I saw the word I had to laugh out loud. It reminds me of a small child that can’t stop picking their nose.
They have a disease.
It’s called bogyism!
or alternatively…
A bogyism is saying [...]

Adoptionism
Adoptionism is a minority Christian belief that Jesus was born merely human and that he became divine later in his life.
Alternatively, you can consider this opinion:
I dont know why there’s gotta be an ism at the end of this world. The word is adoption. When people add ism on the end, it becomes unnecessary letters, [...]

Abby in New England
Abby in New England’s mind is brilliant because it runs on several trains of thought at once.
Either that, Abby, or you need Ritalin.
Wondering what the hell this post is about? Here’s a brief introduction to the Meism Project.

Funambulism
Funambulism is a word that means “walking on a tightrope”. While there may be many ways to describe the notion of walking through the air, balanced precariously on only a rope or wire, I don’t think “fun” is one of them.
In fact, the idea that the word “fun” appears in this “ism” is quite [...]

Futilitarianism
Here’s one M-Turker’s opinion on Futilitarianism:
Futilitarianism: Describing a state in which an absolute dictator forces people to do pointless things. In a futilitarian system, citizens are required to walk around with their right hands holding their left ears, and to say “lingatingaminga” every time they encounter a goose.
Those M-Turkers are so silly! In actuality, [...]

Ubiquitarianism
A quote from M-Turk:
I find that Ubiquitarianism is hilarious because these people who believe in it are either fanatics or don’t get the point. While Jesus is great, there are the 10 commandments and the golden rule. Everyone needs to wake up that Jesus will be back in his own time and your ism only [...]

Worms Save the Planet
Big Oil, the meat industry, chemical fertilizer manufacturers and queasy people everywhere are shaking in their boots due to recent scientific and agricultural innovations brought about by worm farming.
The buzz is: worms may well save the planet.
Consider: worms are one of the easiest animals in the world to farm, and all you have to do [...]

Photojournalism
Here are some negative thoughts on the part of one who doesn’t care for photojournalism:
I think photojournalism is hilarious because it’s such a sham.
Journalism is meant to be objective - just the facts, presented unequivocally, with the reporter being unbiased and outside the topic.
And of course, adding “real” photographs should make it even [...]

Giving Meisms a Bad Name
I asked the Meism Project participants to give their first name and general location; apparently this genius has difficulty following instructions. Ain’t that the way?
Because with an IQ measured at 144 at the tender age of 7, I am most likely smarter than you. But brains are not everything– it’s partly about sensitivity [...]
